Returns 

Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us. We are happy to replace or exchange any items that we missed a mark on. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. Any returned item must be in its original condition.

You will need: 

a brush with soft bristles, a soft lint-free cloth & towel, mild soap, leather cream, spray bottle

Steps: 

1. Start by using a soft bristle brush to dust your bag. 

2. Make a cleaning solution by mixing mild soap and warm water with a 1:4 ratio. 

3. Transfer the mixed solution into a spray bottle and spray it on a soft lint-free cloth. 

4. Wipe the exterior part of your leather bag throughly, including any leather straps. 

5. Next, use a clean, dry towel to wipe excess moisture. 

6. Let the bag dry for approx 30 minutes. 

7. Use a leather cream. Take a cream on a soft piece of cloth and rub it on the bag in circular motions. 

The leather cream will add extra shine to your leather bags.
